

Tobin is a member of the Real Estate Advisory Board of the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University and a board member of A&M Sports / Clean Hands for Haiti. Tobin is a member of the board of directors of H Bancorp (a $1.5 billion multi-bank holding company that acquires and operates community banks throughout the United States. He has lectured on the topics of whole loan valuation and mortgage trading at New York University’s Real Estate School. in English Literature from Syracuse University and attended the MBA program, concentrating in banking and finance, at NYU’s Stern School of Business. Tobin was associated with a national brokerage firm, where he started and ran a loan sale advisory business, heading all business execution and development. The Dime disposition program included a multi-year asset-by-asset sellout culminating in a $300 million bulk offering to many of the major portfolio investors in the whole loan investment arena. Tobin worked as an asset manager in the Asset Resolution Department of Dime Bancorp (under OTS supervision) where he played an integral role in the liquidation of the $1.2 billion non-performing single-family loan and REO portfolio. Knauer received a degree in Business Administration (Dipl-Kfm.) from the Westfälische Wilhelms-University in Münster.From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Knauer served on the boards of WMF, Pepcom and Blohm+Voss. Knauer is currently invested in and Chairman of the Advisory Boards of Deutsche Glasfaser and Globalways. Knauer built a telecommunication hardware business which he sold to Deutsche Telekom in 1996. Additionally, he was President of Breko Federal Association of Broadband Communication from 2004 to 2008 and President of VATM Association of Alternative Telecom Providers from 2013 to 2014. Knauer transformed the company from a regional CLEC to a nationwide fiber-based service provider for corporates and consumers. He served as CEO of the company and its predecessor entities from 1997 to 2009 and as Deputy Chairman of the Advisory Board from 2010 to 2014, until its sale to United Internet. Knauer is founder of Tropolys, later Versatel. Knauer spent more than 20 years in various roles in the telecom and media industries. Fuller received a BASc in engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. He currently serves as member of the boards of Mitel Networks, Consolidated Communications, Ziply Fiber, Great-West Lifeco, and Canada Life. Fuller spent almost 15 years in the management consulting business working globally with clients across multiple different industries. Fuller was the President and EVP of TELUS Consumer and Small Business Solutions where he led a team of just under 14,000 team members across Canada who generated more than $8 billion in recurring revenue annually from over 11 million customers. For the last 5 years he was with TELUS, Mr. Fuller spent 15 years with TELUS Communications, where he held a number of executive roles, including Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Business Solutions Marketing. Fuller was President of Rogers Wireless, the largest mobility carrier in Canada. Uzumeri received a BASc in honors industrial engineering from the University of Toronto and an MSc in finance from the London Business School.


Previously, he was a vice president at CVC International in London where he evaluated, structured and executed a number of private equity investments. He served as Chairman of the Private Equity Investment, Underwriting and Portfolio Management committees within OTPP. He was responsible for approximately $15 billion in invested and committed capital and 50 investment professionals with offices in Toronto, London and New York. Uzumeri was the Head of Private Equity at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (“OTPP”). He serves on the portfolio company boards of Searchlight including Mitel and Roots and previously served as Chairman of the board of M&M Food Market. He serves on the Investment Committee, Operating Committee and Valuation Committee, and is jointly responsible for overseeing the Firm’s activities with the two other Founding Partners. Uzumeri is a Founding Partner of Searchlight.
